A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Al also served many years as the pastor of a local church. He founded Master Pest Solutions in 1985 to help support his growing family. He has since retired from both pastoring and pest control.

Owner

Joe grew up helping his father with the pest control business. Over the past few years he has worked as an engineer at Ford Motor Company in Michigan and also as an engineer at Gulfstream Aerospace in Georgia. He has now come back to the RGV to take over the legacy of the family business.

As a certified licensed applicator, Tino is at the highest certification level. He has been with the team since 2016 and specializes in termite treatment and large apartment complex pest management. He calls our customers to schedule their next service appointments and keeps our team organized and effective.

Gabriel is our most recent team member! Although new to Master Pest Solutions, he is not new to the industry. He comes to us with all his knowledge and experience, ready to help solve your pest control issues.
